Q: What is the difference between initials and a monogram?
A: Initials are presented as first, middle, last. A monogram is presented as first, last, middle, with the last initial larger than the other two.
Q: What materials do you engrave?
A: Precious metals (gold, silver, platinum), pewter, aluminum, plastics, brass, copper, silver plated items, among others.
Q: What are the engraving processes?
A: We do diamond drag, rotary engraving, laser engraving on organic materials.
Q: What is your usual turnaround time?
A: Normal turnaround is 1 – 2 business days. Special orders may take longer.
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: Monday through Thursday 7 am to 3 pm * Friday closed
Q: How do you charge for engraving?
A:Text: .65 per Character with a minimum charge of $15.00 on most items. (up to 1-15 characters).
Q: Do you engrave logos/artwork?
A: Yes. Please provide pure black & white (no shading or shadows), high resolution (at least 300 dpi) digital files in JPG format. You can email these files to us at bekengraving@yahoo.com or through the CONTACT US page of this website.
